* NEW: You may have recently received an email asking you to update your billing information so that an expired subscription could be renewed. We apologize that some users may have unintentionally received multiple daily reminders. If you have updated your billing information on Zinio.com or through the provided link, your expired subscription will renew within one week; if you do not update your billing information, you will not be renewed.

* NEW: If you received an "unable to download this page" error on your publication, please try deleting and restoring the issue now as the problem should be resolved.

* NEW: Upgrade to the new iPad? Please upgrade now to version 2.2.2, which fixes some resolution problems related iPad's new retina display. Click here for the 2.2.2 FAQ.

* NEW: Having trouble using a service credit code or "Perk?"
